"Chris" has been in the tropical plant nursery business in Homestead, Florida, for 50 years, having started in 1969. A former actor in Paris and Rome in Sergio Leone "spaghetti westerns" and many other films during the "Dolce Vita" 1960's, as well as the last "Marlboro Man", Chris chose to walk away from that profession and connect with his passion and love for the natural beauty and life of growing plants and flowers.
A designer nurseryman, with an eye for the unique, "Chris" is the KING of the... Dracaena Arborea tree, and stands out as Florida's leader in innovation, design, and production of the impressive Dracaena Arborea. Choose straight, single/double trunk, sexy, curved, or multi-head styles... from a small Dracaena showcased in a stunning planter for a private home or interior design photo-shoot, to a spectacular 15 foot Dracaena adding grace, beauty and ambiance to an amazing space, this creation is the answer to the question... Unique? Undoubtedly!
Enjoy perusing through our wide variety of Tropical Plants, Palm Trees (we have a huge inventory of the largest Ponytail Palms in So. Florida) and Cuttings, taking special note of Chris's innovation DRACAENA ARBOREA, created for..."those who are starving for individuality".

Planters provide more than a decorative touch to the indoor environment. Indoor plants and planters play an important role in interior design. They bring in a living element that is portable, growing, and ever-changing, for a fraction of the cost of a new wall or architectural element. They provide function and form while looking beautiful. They can change the ambiance and feel of a space. They enhance the design without interfering with other important design elements.
An indoor plant and planter can act as a focal point, drawing people through the space and towards a specific destination. Large spaces, as in building lobbies , can seem intimidating and uninviting. Introducing a planter and plants can interrupt that space, creating visual depth and breaking the space into smaller, cozier, more appealing areas. Plants and Planters can act as room dividers, creating smaller, more intimate spaces within a building lobby. Plants can also be used as portable walls, creating collaboration spaces in an open-concept office without walls. Most plants in individual decorative planter can be moved as the needs change,
Planters can add splashes and dashes of color to an otherwise monotone setting. We think of plants as being green, yet there are many shades of green. Leaves can vary from deep green to olive green, blue-green, silver-green, or neon-lime green, to name a few possibilities.
Plants add a sense of luxury and prestige to a space. Ferns, palms, and flowering plants are especially effective in creating a luxurious ambiance. These plants are showcased in the finest hotels, restaurants, and high-end luxury homes.
